Journalling enhances the epilepsy counselling process by encouraging you to take time to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, emotions and values, out of session in a safe space. If you haven't used a journal before it may take a little getting used to. Your journal can help introduce new behaviours, monitor lifestyle, and track progess towards achieving new personal goals. Most importantly, it's a record of your journey.
